We offer a modern holistic approach to traditional Tantric teachings and practices including Goddess Mystery teachings, meditation, Tantric breathwork, kundalini bodywork, energetic polarity balancing, psychosomatic healing, yoni healing, women’s Tantric massage, couples Tantra guidance, conscious relating and conscious dance. Our Tantric Mystery School offers Tantra courses for all levels, beginners to advanced.

Temple offerings are rooted in Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra, adapted to the modern world. Non-dual Shaiva Tantra, also known as Kashmir Shaivism or Trika Shaivism is a mystic tradition emphasizing the fundamental oneness of existence, where Shiva (pure consciousness) and Shakti (dynamic energy) are seen as inseparable and the source of all.
These foundational teachings of non-dual Shaiva are timeless and unchanging, what has changed is the delivery of them. The Temple has a modern holistic approach to traditional Tantra where the teachings are presented in a carefully considered way, ensuring the transmission is received in its integrity by the modern mind. Subject matter is presented in a way that is relatable, digestible and experiential making embodiment accessible to everyone.
We believe it’s important to honour the ancient roots of Tantra. There’s wisdom held in the ancient texts but it’s not necessary to memorise scripture to understand the philosophy of Tantra. Tantra is always experiential. The techniques are important, but the wisdom always comes from within, through practice.

where did the name midnight garden temple come from?
The name Midnight Garden Temple sprung from my Dark Goddess Awakening. It was an honouring of my reclamation of the power of the Dark Goddess within. She revealed my ability to awaken, heal and indulge-in my inner erotic woman, my wise woman, my medicine woman, my inner mystic, my wild woman.
For eons the Dark Goddess was silenced and shamed due to her unruly demeanour or erotic expression. On this journey of awakening, we don’t condemn any parts of ourselves. We accept, heal and grow from our shadows. We honour ALL of our Goddess which includes our Dark Goddess. She brings powerful, primordial ecstatic energy to our experience, as well as deep healing and transformative potential.
