My Kundalini Awakening
I experienced a spontaneous Kundalini awakening in September 2021. A Kundalini awakening is an intense spiritual awakening where energy surges through the body, activating energy centres and clearing samskaras (energetic blocks held in the field) so the individual can return to their original soul frequency.
It’s a dramatic rapid healing and activation process which feels like being rocketed into the cosmos. All egoic identifiers are dissolved and how you relate to the world changes dramatically in a very short amount of time. It is a process of rapid spiritual evolution.
Through my Kundalini awakening, I realised that building sacred community and curating transformative experiences is my soul path.
I opened Midnight Garden Temple in November 2021, shortly after my intense awakening. I felt this incredible desire to offer this space to community. It was a soul-level calling that could not be denied.

My Kundalini Awakening

GIFTS & MULTIDIMENSIONAL AWARENESS
Divine gifts were also switched on. I suddenly became telepathic, being able to communicate on a whole new level. I was talking to whales and dolphins on my daily beach sunrise meditations. I felt like I was existing in a whole other dimension. I could still function here in this dimension, looking after my children etc, but the frequency was so high I felt like I had transcended this dimension as we know it.
During this initial awakening time, when Kundalini was surging through my field,
I was having dreams and visions of being in different bodies, in different times. These were past lives (or parallel lives, as time is an illusion) which occurred in ancient times. I later learned that opening to your multidimensional self is a part of the kundalini journey.
I experienced extremely vivid dreams of being a priestess in the temples of ancient Egypt, Maya, Greece and Persia. I also felt a strong connection to the Mary Magdalene Mystery schools and had memories of the witch burnings too.
These dreams started to reach beyond Earth where I experienced myself in non-human bodies. I felt myself as an aquatic humanoid, a mermaid in Atlantis and even with no physical form at all, in my light body only. I dreamt I was in my temple in the Sirius star system as a tall blue feline humanoid being where we communicated telepathically. I received messages from this aspect of my Self who exists in this dimension.
I’ve shared my visions during this time in talks publicly. I believe it’s important to share my experience so people can see what’s actually possible here.

ENERGETIC AWARENESS
The thing which stuck the most during this time and which still continues today, is my hyper awareness of energy. This deeper connection to energy has dramatically changed my life.
Understanding the way energy works. Specifically how we create reality with different frequencies of energy. It was in this new awareness which led me to Tantra.
In the peak of my Kundalini awakening, I woke up one day knowing Tantra. One of the mornings at my beach sunrise meditations, I spontaneously started speaking light language. Light language is language which transmits soul frequency. As I began speaking my light language, I had my first energetic experience of sexual arousal in my energy centres. It was an activation of my Chakras.
This is sexual energy increasing in vibration so that it can ascend into the upper Chakras. After this experience, I realised this is Tantra. After some research, everything that I had been experiencing was ALL pointing me to Tantra. Tantra is realising we are all connected by energy, emanating from a singularity of source energy ‘the oneness’.
We weave/blend/vibrate with energetic frequencies to create our reality. Tantra means to weave (stretch and loom). This lifeforce-creator energy rising within me was teaching me the fundamental nature of reality, that ecstasy is our natural state and that we are orgasmic by nature.

I have been inspired by many spiritual teachings and teachers on my soul path but Yogini Helena (Helena Keyworth) from Tantric Healing, has been an energetic balancing mentor for me on multiple levels. I often say she is teaching me in many dimensions at once, not just this one. I receive transmissions not just here but astrally too.

Yogini Helena’s prominent Tantra teachers were Oceana and Icarus of Byron Bay who founded Oz Tantra in 1988. Oceana and Icarus studied under Osho in Oregon, United States before bringing Tantra to Australia.
Osho is known for bringing Tantra to the West. Osho presented Tantra as a path to freedom from mind-constructs, structures, and limitations, encouraging individuals to embrace their authentic selves. He viewed Tantra as a scientific approach to transformation, emphasizing the union of opposites and the transformative power of Kundalini.
Among other influences, you’ll notice Osho’s approach and practices in Midnight Garden Temple’s offerings. His experiential modern approach to Tantra allows the teachings to be relatable in our modern times. We have adopted this ability to breathe new life into these ancient, timeless and cosmic teachings.
