The flow of this Ecstatic Dance is dynamic and intuitive. It’s a matter of what comes up at the time within the dynamic of energies in the circle, on the night. The energy shifts to support the circle. Bring your sisters. Invite a friend. Let’s explore the Divine Feminine Mysteries together. We will have tea, pull oracle cards and have chats around the altar.
This is a community offering which has been running for over 3 years now. The intention is to bring heart-centred community together. We have a suggested donation of $20 which covers hall hire, insurance, organising, prep time, tea etc. however if you are under financial stress, please let us know and we can work something out.

Not at all. These sessions are intuitive and accessible to everyone. You’re encouraged to move in your own way and follow what feels good in your body.
Please bring water, a shawl or blanket for rest and integration, and wear comfortable, flowy clothing that allows freedom of movement. Optional: a journal for reflections.
While each session has a guided flow, it’s also intuitive and shaped by the energy of the group. There is spaciousness to explore what arises in the moment.
